Sunday Morning Yoga + Sound

Join us on the covered patio for a yoga practice designed to calm the Sunday scaries & transition you into a new week with renewed intention & inspiration. You will be guided through a gentle, all-levels practice followed by a relaxing sound bath to help you reset for the week ahead. After class, stick around to connect with the community, grab a drink, or enjoy lunch - 10% off on food for all yoga participants.

Class is donation-based, so give what you can and come as you are. Bring a mat, a friend, and your Sunday energy. Flow, relax, and stay for the good vibes.

Prior sign up encouraged, but not required! Community contributions will be accepted through Eventbrite or at the door.

A limited amount of mats will be available for community use.
