Since 2023, we’ve been building a powerful fitness and wellness community in the heart of Apex. This year, we’re leveling up — expanding our signature festival to Fenton in Cary.
Introducing Fit + Flow at Fenton: a wellness and fitness experience designed for every body. We’re blending movement, art, and creativity to transform our community fitness festival into a true destination event.
Fenton is the perfect backdrop — a place for fun, play, food, movement, and yoga all in one vibrant space.
