The Greek translation of forgiveness means to “let go.” It is the ultimate act of kindness. In the hustle of daily life, our inner peace often feels lost beneath obligations, responsibilities, distractions, and anxieties.
Through the practice of forgiveness, we cultivate a sanctuary of calm and steady presence. True inner peace is not an elusive secret—it is available to all of us. It begins with the courage to take the first step: letting go of a bruised ego, reclaiming your power, and easing suffering. No one can make you feel unworthy—except you. Forgiveness is for you.
