Forest and Nature School Practitioners Course - Richmond Hill, ON

This outdoor, experiential Forest School Practitioners Course takes place in Richmond Hill, ON, in partnership with TRCA. Over five immersive days, participants will explore the principles and practices of nature-based education, learning how to facilitate child-led and play-based learning rooted in relationship with nature.
After completing the in-person training, participants can choose to continue their journey with 12 months of coursework and online mentorship to become a certified Forest School Practitioner.

📍Location: Lake St. George Field Centre
💵 Cost: $2,499 per participant (Includes 40 hours of in-person training on the Land with experienced Facilitators) + 📖 Online Coursework & Certification (Optional): + $999 (includes one year of guided online mentorship)
Participants of the course can enhance their learning with an Optional Immersive Experience at TRCA's Lake St. George Field Centre. Stay onsite and enjoy more time immersed in a biodiverse landscape while deepening your connection with nature and your learning. Choose between the Accommodations & Meals Package ($375 + HST) or Accommodations Only ($225). A minimum of 10 participants is required for the Immersive Experience to run.
