Join us for a 75-minute warm sculpt, yoga, and sound experience designed to activate the body, soften the nervous system, and invite deep presence.
We begin with sculpt to build heat and strength, transition into yoga while my new album For the Ones I Love plays in full, and close with a grounding sound bath to integrate and receive the energy we create for ourselves.
This offering is an embodied listening experience - a love letter to the body, the breath, and the people who hold us.
No performance, no pressure - just movement, music, and rest.
