About this Event
Join a global community of laughter leaders who are bringing intentional, inclusive laughter into workplaces, schools, wellness spaces, senior centers, and community gatherings.
This training is designed to equip you with the confidence, tools, and understanding needed to guide laughter sessions that support well-being, connection, and positive change. You’ll explore the science behind laughter: how it affects the body, mind, and nervous system, and why it plays such a powerful role in stress reduction, resilience, and social bonding.
Through interactive learning, reflective discussion, and hands-on practice, you’ll gain a deep understanding of laughter yoga principles and facilitation techniques. As a Laughter Instructor, you’ll learn how to create a welcoming, psychologically safe environment where laughter can arise naturally without pressure or performance.
You’ll be introduced to a variety of laughter exercises, breathing practices, and playful group activities that can be adapted for diverse audiences and settings, including corporate teams, healthcare and educational environments, fitness and yoga spaces, and community events. These skills support laughter as a holistic wellness practice, one that meets people where they are and invites connection, ease, and shared humanity.
