About this Event
You experienced the tools in Level 1.
Now it’s time to understand the system behind them.
Improv For Real Life – Level 2 introduces the FRAME™ Framework — a practical operating system for navigating real-life conversations, challenges, uncertainty, and growth.
This course uses applied improvisation to help participants become more confident, adaptable, emotionally aware, and effective in everyday life.
This is not about comedy or performance.
This is about learning how to show up better when life gets real.
In Level 2, participants practice:
- Staying calm in fast-moving moments
- Communicating clearly under pressure
- Listening while juggling multiple inputs
- Navigating conflict collaboratively
- Adapting quickly when plans change
- Responding instead of reacting
- Leading themselves through uncertainty
This is where growth becomes real.
Many people know what they should do…
But struggle to do it when:
- Pressure rises
- Emotions show up
- Conflict happens
- Plans change
- Fear kicks in
- Confidence drops
Level 2 helps you apply practical tools in those moments.

✅ More confidence in daily life
