The library will be providing all supplies for 1 winter-sown milk jug. Participants can bring 4 more empty milk jugs from home to make up to 5 winter-sown milk jugs.
Learn about winter sowing and native plants from Massachusetts Master Gardener Amber Keller. Then try it yourself by making up to 5 winter-sown milk jugs! Winter sowing makes adding native plants to the landscape much more accessible to anyone with a patch of yard or apartment patio receiving at least 3 or more hours of daily sunlight.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Library
*Due to the overwhelming popularity of certain programs at the Morse Institute Library, we will be instituting a new registration procedure for some Adult programs, effective immediately:
While all parties interested in our programs may register when the programs go live, Natick residents will get first access for the first three weeks of a craft or cooking program's registration period. All non-Natick residents will be waitlisted until one week prior to the program's start.
One week from the start of a program, non-Natick residents will be moved off the waitlist in the order they registered.
We thank everyone for the enthusiastic response to our programs! We're lucky to have such a dedicated community supporting our work.
