We are a Pacific Islander-owned food truck specializing in island-style barbecue, bringing together a fusion of recipes from across the Pacific. Our menu ranges from Hawaiian Spam musubi to Chuukese ube tapioca rolls, with lunch plates highlighting our signature marinated meats, including chicken, beef, and spare ribs, served with hot rice and pineapple mac salad.
