Space is limited to the first 70 people paid ($50 non-refundable deposit will hold your spot)
$175 per person for the weekend plus room fee.
(No refunds unless we can re-sell your spot)
(You do not need to stay at the hotel to attend this event.)
Come for a really cool weekend of stitching, sharing, laughs and friendships
or just Go Ape and Do Your Own Thing!
Beginner thru advanced stitchers, as well as all crafters, are welcome to attend.
The Meeting Experience is from Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2pm thru
Sunday, June 7, 2026 at noon.
Breakfast is included for those that stay at the hotel.
Lunch will be provided on Saturday - all other meals are on your own..
There are plenty of local places to go and scarf down some meals
(or take-out or have it delivered).
Bring your stitching and stash, show and tell, lights, (lava?) lamps, items for trade table, etc.
Needlework with Jim and Mind Your Needle will be there - and maybe some others.
Group room rates have not changed and are $189/night plus taxes/fees.
Check-in Time is 4pm – Check-out Time is 11am
Call the hotel at 610-250-6500 to make your reservations. Give the date of arrival and departure and refer to the LinAnn Event. The group rate is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
A non-refundable $50 deposit will hold your spot. The balance is due by 4/1/26.
