Kids & Family Yoga

Join us for a joyful and peaceful Hatha (Gentle) yoga session for families of all ages and levels in the beautiful Shephard's Room at St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. We've created this simple, awesome opportunity for mindfulness, bonding, learning body awareness, improving physical fitness, and teamwork. Kids & Family Yoga has an effective variety of basic poses, breathwork, guided meditation/visualizations, and activities, especially for children. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP!

Families get to practice and learn together, then drift into relaxation and inner peace. You'll leave this supportive class connected to your family members and with a renewed sense of well being. Plus! We invite our little yogis to bring their favorite stuffed animal to join in.

This is a 45-minute session. Kindly accepting at the event cash Freewill Offering-- suggested amount of $10/adult, $5/child.

This community outreach event is open to the public. RSVPs appreciated as space is limited to only 20 participants. Walk-ins welcome, if space available.

Bring:

Bring a yoga mat...and your favorite stuffed animal.

Other Items:

Parent/Guardian is to be present and/or participate in session. Maximum 4 children per 1 adult. Arrive 10 minutes early. Enter at Office door on Prospect Street.
