About this Event
Join us for a relaxed Hatha (Gentle) Yoga class in the beautiful Shephard's Room at St. John's Lutheran Church in Nazareth. In this 1-hour session expect easy and comfortable poses for all yoga experience levels, breathwork, and meditation/visualizations. Space is limited so RSVP ASAP!
This is an amazing physical health and mental well-being experience. Kindly accepting at the event cash Freewill Offering-- suggested amount of $10/adult.

This community outreach event is open to the public. RSVPs appreciated as space is limited to only 20 participants. Walk-ins welcome, if space available.
Bring:
Bring a yoga mat. Bringing blocks, belts, small blanket, or small towel are based on individual preference. Folding chairs available.
