If you've never heard about flower essences, you're in for a treat. Flower essences offer a very gentle yet profound medium of healing. They are vibrational remedies that can help us heal through any emotion in life- sadness, anger, fear, resentment, impatience, fatigue, resignation, despair, confusion, doubt.

There is a flower essence for every emotion that can be experienced. They offer us the freedom to feel. And once we feel the freedom to simply feel, new doors of potential are opened. They show us how to step back and become the observer of our emotions, detach from the judgements we hold about them, and begin to see what the emotional experience is truly here to teach us. Only then can we release the pain, suffering and trauma and move into a new cycle of transformation, alchemization and evolution.

Flower essences can be used by anyone, anywhere, anytime! They're helpful in any life challenge- self limiting beliefs, relationships, patterns, judgements, social dynamics, family conflicts, life purpose- and so much more.

We get to bring healing to our inner world, and at the same time connect deeply to the outer landscapes of the earth. I always say "reconnect to your true nature, through nature".

Our Host: Carly Dalton- Flower Essence Practitioner

I fell in love with the beauty of the Earth years ago when I studied to be a horticulturalist. Many years of tending to gardens and wandering in the woods have inevitably led me to discovering the healing wisdom of nature. My heart rests in the pure wonder of the landscapes around us, and my curiosity continues to move into a never-ending exploration of plant connection. Trained in the Bach Flower Remedies, I carry on the legacy of Dr.Edward Bach, with a dream of teaching people about how to heal with flower essences, discover inner peace and awaken the beauty within. My greatest aspiration is to help people remember that anything is possible; that we can discover the life of our dreams from exactly where we already are.
