Sarah Spalletta — Dance Alchemy™ Facilitator
Sarah is a mom of two boys and a dedicated Dance Alchemy™ facilitator, guiding others through somatic healing, elemental flow, and intuitive movement. Her trauma-informed approach helps students release tension, build confidence, and reconnect with their inner magic. Sarah’s classes are playful, grounding, and welcoming to all—no dance experience needed.

Celina Goldsmith — Yoga Guide & Story Weaver
Celina is a mom of four boys, a devoted yoga teacher, and a gifted storyteller. Her approach blends breath, mindful movement, and the power of narrative to help students drop into their bodies and open their imaginations. Celina creates nurturing spaces where movement becomes a portal into wisdom, play, and presence. Her classes feel like coming home—to your body, your heart, and your story.
