Flow Box Yoga Presents: Sky High Rooftop Yogalates with Live DJ

We're taking it to the rooftop.

To The Beat is FlowboxYoga's signature music-led practice — and this time, we're bringing it 12 floors above London with a live DJ and the city skyline as your backdrop.

This isn't yoga with music playing in the background. The DJ set is the class. Breath, movement, and beat sync from the first moment to the last, guiding you into a deep flow state while building real strength along the way.

What is Yogalates?

Inspired by the 4BEAT method, this class fuses yoga and Pilates into one seamless practice — creative sequencing, strong core activation, smooth transitions, and that signature Pilates burn, all balanced with breath, softness, and flow. Strength meets softness. Structure meets freedom. Movement meets music.

What to expect:

✨ Pilates-inspired core strength work

✨ Yoga sequences woven through live rhythm

✨ A live DJ guiding the energy from start to finish

✨ Post-class refreshments, cold towels and a glass of something fizzy

All levels welcome, though some yoga or Pilates experience will help you get the most from it.
