Flow & Live Music @ Ainslie Arts Centre

We’re coming back together for another very special Twilight Flow & Live Music ✨
This time, we’re bringing the experience into the heart of Canberra, taking over the beautiful Ainslie Arts Centre for an immersive evening of movement, live music, sound and connection.
Twilight Flow & Live Music is a unique experience blending powerful yoga-inspired movement with live music, sound immersion and lighting projections.
We begin with a dynamic Yin Yang flow designed to build heat, strength and energy through the body. Our musicians play alongside the movement, building with us as the flow becomes stronger and more powerful.
Then, we soften.
The movement slows into deep stretching, restorative poses and stillness as the sounds deepen around us, transitioning into meditation and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls and live instrumentation.
For this event, we’re incredibly excited to bring together three beautiful local musicians:
🎹 Rohan Fox — Keys & Vocals
🎸 Minh Ha — Slide Guitar, Didgeridoo & Vocals
🎷 Jester — Saxophone
And this time, the space itself becomes part of the experience, with atmospheric lighting projections moving across Ainslie Arts
Centre as we transition from movement into stillness and sound.
Thanks to
🪄 Dylan DeLerenzo
To close the evening, our musicians will take us through a final live performance, a chance to simply lie back, listen and experience the music.
After the session, stay with us for herbal tea, fresh fruit, snacks conversation and connection with community. 🤍
