Join us for an introduction to mindfulness by Bella, followed by Gentle Yoga with Pixie and Doaa. Bi-weekly class posted on Eventbrite.
About this Event

Whether you're here for guided breathwork, sensory rest, or to spend time in a supportive community, there's no pressure to move. Join us for the calming hour to unwind.

We also provide basic writing materials and coloring sheets to doodle or jot down your thoughts in the quiet space if that is more accessible for you in the moment.

Each session begins with a mindfulness introduction and transitions into a Gentle Yoga practice led by one of our local, trauma-conscious instructors. Consent cards are given during class to let us know if you would like physical guidance or not.



What to Expect

We believe movement should be accessible and non-intimidating. Our hosts have lived experience with isolation and with the challenges of connecting with others while maintaining mental health or chronic conditions.


5:45-6:00 - Registration

6:00-6:15 Mindfulness

6:15-7:00 Gentle Yoga and Nidra (Guided meditation)

7:00 - 7:15 Snacks and Social


  • Guided Breathwork & Sensory Rest: Find calm and grounding through guided practices.
  • Community Space: Engage with others in a welcoming environment or enjoy quiet time on your own terms.
  • Materials for Creativity: Sensory fabrics and basic writing tools are available for journaling or doodling.
  • Light Snacks: Take a moment to nourish yourself on-site or grab something to-go.
  • Self-Care Door Prizes: a small gesture for added comfort and care.

  • Wheelchair Access: Yes
  • Street parking across the street and right by the bus stop
  • Photography Policy: No faces, tattoos, or other unique identifiers will be photographed.
