Motherhood is a beautiful, wild ride—one that rarely gives you time to pause. This event is your chance to slow down, breathe, and move with your little one by your side.

Join us at Deliberately Adopted Floral & Design in La Mesa for a kid-friendly morning of yoga, meditation, and sound healing. This class is designed for moms who want to stretch, relax, and reset—without having to find a sitter. Expect a gentle yoga flow that welcomes movement (and interruptions), a calming meditation, and a soothing sound healing session to help you recharge.

Whether you’re a new mom, seasoned parent, or somewhere in between, this is a space to connect, move, and just be—with a community of moms who get it.
