This is a deeply restful sound journey experienced on the water, held in the warm, quiet pool at Langrove. The moment you lie back, the body starts to let go. The water supports you. The mind follows.
You settle onto the water, gently held, with the pool cradling your weight. Sound begins to move across the surface and through your body, not just heard, but felt.

Langrove has easy access and parking on site. Arriving a little early helps you settle before entering the pool.
