This is a deeply calming sound journey experienced in a hammock, gently held above the ground at Urban Zen in Swansea. Being supported in the air allows the body to soften, release tension, and rest in a different way to lying on the floor.
You settle into the hammock, cocooned and secure. With the weight taken off your body, the breath naturally slows.
The steady rhythm of the shamanic drum begins, grounding and reassuring, guiding your system into calm. As the rhythm fades, the gongs rise, surrounding you with wide, immersive waves of sound.
Vibration moves through the body without pressure. Muscles soften. Thoughts loosen their grip. The nervous system drops into a quieter state.
This experience blends shamanic drum, gong, breath, and gentle guidance, held in a warm, intimate studio space. No experience is needed. Simply arrive, lie back, and allow the sound to carry you.
Urban Zen is easily accessible in Swansea, with nearby parking available. Arriving a few minutes early is encouraged so you can settle into the space.
