Join us for Floating Frequencies, an immersive 60 min Floating Sound Bath at Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club, located next to The Westin in Itasca.

✨ Settle into a peaceful float as you’re surrounded by aromatherapy, deep guided meditation, crystal & alchemy singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and other sensory experiences designed to calm the mind, release tension, and support a full nervous system reset.
