During a floating sound bath session, participants will lie on floating mattresses, with a neck pillow, blanket, and eye mask for a sensory experience. Participants are surrounded by various sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, or other percussion instruments to produce harmonious tones and vibrations. These sounds help induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
🌊 Floating Experience
Lie back on a floating mattress with a neck pillow, blanket, and eye mask provided. Let the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes carry you into deep relaxation. (Max weight per float: 275 lbs.)
🌿 Lawn Experience
Prefer to stay grounded? Enjoy the same soundscape from the lawn. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and pillow/bolster or choose a lounge chair (provided).
