New Year's Day Intention Setting Sound Bath

Join Jennifer for a ceremonial sound bath meditation to set fresh intentions for the New Year.

Relax to the sounds of crystal sound bowls, chimes, drums, a gong and other instruments, as the sound frequencies wash over you like a wave. During this intention ceremony you will write and release what you no longer wish to carry into the New Year, followed by a Cacao Ceremony to warm your heart with gratitude & embrace intention-setting for 2026.

This New Year Intentional Sound Bath centers on the act of letting go of what no longer serves and then welcoming in fresh purpose-driven intentions, setting yourself up for a successful and purposefully designed new year. New Years Day 2026 aligns with the New Moon allowing this the perfect time to embrace new beginnings. All participants will receive a journal & cup of warm Cacao to sip on.

Jennifer will guide you through an intentional meditation and journaling session to allow you to connect to what you want to manifest and need to or want to release. Then it's time to get cozy as Jennifer guides you through guided breath-work and a mind-body scan before drifting off to the healing sounds of the Koshi chimes, bells, steele tongue drum and crystal singing bowls, along with the sounds of the ocean waves in the background. This will be a very heart opening & healing experience. In this hour, we will collectively melt away the patterns that are blocking you from your true power, purpose & potential. The path forward to manifesting peace & abundance will be illuminated. As you lay down, the frequency of your body, mind & spirit will transform, allowing space for you to access your intuition & intentions. Step into true nervous system regulation, somatic reconnection & a renewed sense of being alive.

What to bring:

• wear or bring layers of clothes (it can get chilly as the sunsets)
• bring blankets, pillows, bolsters (anything that will help you feel comfortable laying on the earth)
• eye pillow or mask
• water
• please arrive 15-30 mins early to find parking, for check-in and to get set-up/cozy
• recommend riding your bike or golf cart if you are a local
