This class is offered in person and online. Your first class is FREE and when you come back to flow again, it's $11 per class.

Flex w/Brix Fit Flow is a 60-minute all-level movement class that connects breath, mind, and body. We aim to create a space that is inviting and evokes freedom. Come on, it's time to think about yourself for once. Recharge your battery and give yourself the gift of self-love and self-care.

We blend Vinyasa & Restorative yoga poses and calisthenics, Pilates, dance, and other strength/mobility methods to encourage creativity and build trust in your ability to become your best self!
