Event Description:

This class is offered in person and online. Your first class is FREE and when you come back to flow again, it's $11 per class.

Just Heal Yoga Flow is a 60 min all levels stretch movement class that connects breath, mind and body. We aim to create a space that is inviting and evokes freedom. Come on, it's time to think about yourself for once. Recharge your battery and give yourself the gift of self-love…. self-care.

We blend both Vinyasa & Restorative poses along with calisthenics, dance and other strength/mobility methods to encourage creativity and aid in building trust in your own ability to become your best self!
