This weekly class features of 45 minute sculpt class on both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Tuesday Upper Sculpt: A strength-based session targeting arms, shoulders, and core through controlled resistance and mindful movement.
Thursday Lower Sculpt: A signature Flex N' Squeeze workout that blends core, resistance band training, and sculpting techniques for a strong, lifted lower body
