Wellness Reset Series

Kick off your new year with movement, sunshine, and a full wellness reset!

The Wellness Reset Series is a three-part rooftop experience designed to help you restart your routine, refresh your habits, and feel your absolute best this season.

Every event features a 45-minute mat Pilates class co-taught by Abbey Yoder and Melanie McKenna, a short guided breathwork moment to ground and recharge, and a lively post-class Wellness Village filled with local brands, mini services, and feel-good wellness experiences. It’s the perfect mix of movement, discovery, and community energy.

The event takes place on the rooftop of the Purple Garage at Scottsdale Fashioni Square Mall (across from Lifetime Gym and behind Toca Madera)
