About this Event
The weather outside is cold, so we're bringing the HEAT to the field INSIDE Mercedes-Benz Stadium! If you have attended our outdoor weekly Health+Wellness classes, we're bringing that same energy indoors for TWO NIGHTS ONLY - Thursday, January 15 and Friday, January 16 from 6 pm - 8 pm (gates open at 5pm) all FREE! This year, we are bringing TWO classes per night, from Dance-based classes, HIIT, and Yoga - we have something for every fitness level! Join a few of our favorite instructors for a night of fitness, giveaways, and music vibes! An adult must accompany guests 16 - 17 years old. Children under the age of 16 will have to stay home for this one, but we will have activities for them during our programming season!

*Please note that we have instructors lined up for this event in advance. If you are interested in being an instructor for the 2026 outdoor Health+Wellness classes, for the inquiry form release dropping in Spring 2026. There will be no vendor village for this event, but follow along for the release of our Signature Events Vendor Village inquiry form coming in Spring 2026!

Rideshare: Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Vine City MARTA Station and use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge to walk across Northside Drive to Gate 1.
MARTA: The preferred station for arrival and departure is the Vine City Station. This station will drop you off just across the street from Gate 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Use the crosswalk or pedestrian bridge at Northside Drive.
