Vault's Strength classes provide a full body workout incorporating exercises involving bodyweight movements, free weights, resistance bands and more, Strength classes will leave you feeling strong and empowered! By combining traditional weight lifting principles and innovative, progressive training, this class will help you level up your fitness!
*BYOM* - (Bring Your Own Mat). We encourage you to bring a mat or blanket for comfort, mats will not be available.
