Due to the overwhelming response to our First Fridays, which began in April, we have decided to continue them, with a twist for the Fall, Winter, and Early Spring: We're adding candlelight!!!
Enjoy a restful and restorative practice with sound therapy. This special 90-minute restorative yoga class offers participants completely supported yoga poses for relaxation and healing. Designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind, this class will nurture and heal you from the effects of stress, etc. Class is appropriate for ANYONE.
