Perfect for the student new to Hatha yoga, for any yogi looking to refine their alignment, and for a therapeutic, slower approach to practice. Designed for those who have never practiced yoga or have an intermittent practice and need a refresher. This workshop introduces fundamental poses and breaks down the precise actions in each posture to help teach correct alignment & achieve the benefits of each pose. Offering a solid foundation of the basics of Hatha yoga, including sequence, terminology, and concepts, meditation, and breath work. Throughout the session, students will learn how to align the body from the ground up. Props will be used for modifications.Offering students a unique way to grow in their practice.
This workshop offers a perfect foundation for staying safe and confident for a lifetime of practice! Suitable for everyone!
