Join fellow Wildcats for a welcoming, all-levels yoga session focused on relaxation, movement, and connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, enjoy guided poses and breathwork in a supportive environment designed for everyone. All material will be provided, but you can bring your mat and unwind while reconnecting with the SUNY Poly alumni.
