Sound helps bring the body and mind into a state where the natural healing process can begin.You will relax in Savasana while the sacred sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Gong and other instruments restore the harmony in your body, mind, heart and soul.
*PLEASE bring any blankets, pillows, etc to sit/lay on in your experience. You want to be comfortable and supported to relax into the experience. Provided is a yoga mat, a bolster and a blanket.
