Gallery Exhibits, Local Artists, Food, Music, and Performances throught NoBo Art District
First Friday happen every month of the year except January. Join us for year round arts from February through December! First Friday runs from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on the first Friday of the month.
NoBo First Friday is a FREE event featuring rotating monthly art exhibitions at the NoBo Bus Stop Gallery and the NoBo Art Center, Crowd Collective, East Window Gallery, Studio Mews and many more Artist studios. Join for live music at the Roots Music Project stage, food trucks, artist demos and special activations in many locations around North Boulder.
Take a self-guided tour using our monthly map of artists’ studios and creative businesses. Meet painters, sculptors, photographers, designers, artists and artisans along your stroll through the area. Pick up a map at the NoBo tent and look for our bright colored flags to find surprises around every corner.

Parking
There is ample parking just north of the Bus Stop Gallery in the Emerald City Warehouses, located between 4929 Broadway and 4949 Broadway. Please park in the center lot or along the mural fence. We ask that you avoid parking directly in front of individual studio spaces.
Additional street parking is available along Front Range Blvd and Front Range Drive.
Bike Parking
Bike racks are located on the south side of the building.
Public Transportation
North Boulder is served by the RTD SKIP bus route and RTD 204 bus route.

Bus stops in North Boulder drop you off in the center of the district, it is a short walk to north to Emerald City, including the Bus Stop Gallery and NoBo Art Center.
Or a short walk south to studios and galleries in the south end if the district, including NoBo on the Corner, East Window Gallery, and studios in Artist Alley.
Don't forget to check out studios and exhibitions east of Broadway, including KIN Studio and Gallery, Studio MEWs, and exhibits at The Armory.

Mission Statement
The Mission of the NoBo Art District is to elevate the arts in Boulder, continue the artistic and economic development in North Boulder and support and enhance the local community.
We achieve these goals by:
- Providing opportunities for artists to enrich and advance their careers
- Continuing to build the NoBo Art District as an artistic, business, and cultural destination
- Providing the community with events, education opportunities and creative outlets
Who we are:
The NoBo Art District is an inclusive, grassroots, community-focused membership organization dedicated to promoting artists and creative businesses located along Broadway and the adjoining neighborhoods in north Boulder, Colorado. The NoBo area is characterized by upscale, mixed-use new urbanism, high-end restaurants and shops, and a mix of funky, artist-friendly warehouses. The NoBo Art District creates opportunities for artists to connect with each other and the broader community promoting engagement through art, education and events.
