Family Constellation work is a profound, experiential method that reveals the hidden dynamics within our family and ancestral systems — the unresolved grief, the excluded members, the inherited loyalties — that silently shape our health, relationships, and life patterns.
In this monthly circle, what has been unseen gets to be seen. What has been carried gets to be returned.
What to Expect
- Embodied & Experiential: A living, felt practice that transcends talking therapy to address healing at the cellular and soul levels.
- Sacred Safety & Deep Ease: The field speaks for itself — you are free to participate without ever needing to recount painful details or relive past stories.
- Ancestral Release & Harmony: Unbind inherited patterns and heavy systemic burdens, allowing peace, reverence, and ease to flow back through your lineage.
Who This Is For This circle welcomes anyone who is:
- Curious about repeating patterns in their family, relationships, or life
- Carrying grief, anxiety, or heaviness that doesn't feel entirely their own
- Drawn to ancestral healing, somatic work, or systemic approaches
- New to constellation work or returning for another layer
No prior experience is necessary — just an open heart and a willingness to be present.
How to Participate & Format
- Investment: $45 per ticket for all circle participants.
- The Drawing: To honor the group field, we will draw names from a hat at the start of the circle to determine who will have a personal constellation facilitated during our time together.
- The Power of Representing: Whether your name is drawn or you serve as a representative/witness holding space for others, the field works deeply on everyone present — providing profound resonance, personal insights, and healing.
Looking ahead: In the coming months, we will also be launching closed, recurring circles for those seeking a consistent group container with dedicated space for every member's constellation.
