The 4th iteration of the FIREWORKS COMMUNITY CHOIR, directed by Allison Girvan, invites you to join us for one spectacular afternoon of community! Everyone is welcome! Whether you're an experienced vocalist, a first-time singer, or wish to express your Voice in other ways, there's a place for you. This is a perfect opportunity to: Share an experience with your kids Connect with a friend in a meaningful way Join a choir without the long-term commitment Add this experience to a long list of other choral experiences Explore your voice for the first time Express yourself through Sign Language in a group performance Connect with others if you're new to town or new to the country! The more community members we bring together, the more powerful and beautiful this event will be. Our largest gathering of Fireworks singers topped 400 voices—let’s make this one even bigger! Event Details: Date: June 1st Time: to participate, you will need to be available from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Performance Venue: Nelson & District Community Complex (wheelchair accessible) Participation: Simply register and you’ll receive practice materials to prepare.
