Middletown Sound is hosting an evening designed to soften the edges of your day and invite you back into yourself!
We’ll gather outdoors beneath the open sky, where the warmth of the fire and the hush of night create the perfect container for deep rest and gentle release. You’ll be guided into stillness while resting comfortably in a zero gravity chair, wrapped in a cozy blanket, as two sound practitioners weave together layers of crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones.
As the sound bath comes to a close, we’ll transition into a quiet letting go ritual. You’ll be invited to write down something that no longer serves you and, when you’re ready, offer it to the fire. Together, we’ll witness the release, sip ceremonial cacao, and allow space for integration and connection.
Each participant will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to take a piece of the experience home with them.
This is an evening of rest, reflection, and renewal… held under the stars, beside the fire, and within a supportive community. Limited to just 12 spots! This event is weather permitting with a rain date included.

COST: The self-care investment is $50. Deadline to register is 5/27.
