Get ready for an adrenaline-fueled showdown as 𝗙𝗜𝗡 𝟭𝟬 proudly presents 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐄, an electrifying Intra-Department Futsal Tournament where passion meets precision and only the strongest rise to glory. This is more than football. It’s intensity, rivalry, and pride colliding in one unforgettable battleground.
Six formidable teams, built through strategy, leadership, and competitive spirit, are set to lock horns in a thrilling league-stage fixture followed by high-stakes eliminators, qualifiers, and a grand finale that will crown the ultimate champions. Every pass will matter. Every goal will echo. Every match will test nerve and teamwork.
From fierce group-stage clashes to nail-biting knockout encounters, the road to the final promises relentless action, tactical brilliance, and raw determination as teams fight for supremacy and bragging rights.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Number of Teams: 6
2. Match Format:
* 5-a-side futsal
* 10-man squad (Maximum 7 outfield players & 3 owners)
3. Rolling substitutions are allowed.
4. Boots are strictly prohibited. Players must wear turfs or sneakers. Playing barefoot is allowed at one’s own risk (not recommended)
5. A player cannot score directly from a kick-in or throw-ins. Direct goals are allowed from corners. Direct goals from goal-kicks or goalkeeper throws are not allowed unless touched by another player.
6. Goalkeepers are not allowed to use hands on back-passes.
7. Three yellow cards that did not result in a red card will result in a one-match suspension in the next game.
8. A red card will result in a one-match suspension in the next game.
9. No sliding tackles. Any sliding tackle will result in a yellow card.
10. Any intentional handball will result in a card. No penalties for unintentional handballs. Intentional handball or reckless approach of foul inside the box will result in red cards.
11. Referee’s decision is final. Any argument or misconduct toward referees will result in penalties.
12. Any situation beyond the stated rules will be resolved by the Organizers’ final decision.
13. Outfield players may swap with the goalkeeper anytime. GK cannot be changed during a penalty).
14. Respect for referees is mandatory at all times.
15. Match Timings:
* Group Stage: 8 minutes (straight)
* Qualifier & Eliminator: 6+ 2+ 6 minutes (Direct penalty if match ends in draw)
* Final: 8 + 2 + 8 minutes (5 minutes extra followed by a penalty shootout if match ends in draw)
Only outfield players can take penalty. There will be three penalty shootouts followed by sudden death to determine the winner.
16. In case of equal points, rankings will be decided by:
i. Goal difference
ii. Goals scored
iii. Goals Conceded
iv. Head-to-head result
v. Fair play
17. Qualification Format:
* Group matches will played in round robin league system where teams will face each-other at least once
* Table toppers 1 & 2 → Qualifier 1
* Table toppers 3 & 4 → Eliminator
* Winner of Qualifier 1 → Final
* Loser of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator → Qualifier 2
* Winner of Qualifier 2 → Final
19. Referee’s decision is final. Any argument or misconduct toward referees will result in penalties.
20. All other standard futsal rules will apply alongside the above.
