Behind every unsolved case is a question no one thought to ask. Criminology has always lived in courtrooms, case files, and crime scenes. It has been studied, debated, and dissected within the walls of classrooms for years. Now, for the very first time, it steps into an arena of its own. SHERLOCKED officially opens its doors for the applicants for online registration !!

Event Venue: FSS 7th Floor, RC Majumder Lecture Theatre.
The official segments of SHERLOCKED :
đ Debate :
- Format: Asian Parliamentary
- Language: Bangla
- Team slot : Eight (8)
âĸ Registration fee : 300 taka per team
đ Case Files :
- Participants will receive a criminal case file containing clues, evidence, & suspects
- Teams must solve the case within a limited time, no digital assistance allowed
- Team Capacity : 3 members per team
- Format: Two Rounds
âĸ Round One : 10 teams will compete
âĸ Final Round: Top 4 teams will advance to the final round
âĸ Registration fee : 300 taka per team
đ Quiz (Solo) :
- Topics: Basic Criminology and Criminological Theories, Legal Terminology & Detective-verse (Novels, Cinema, & Series).
âĸ Registration fee : 50 taka
đ Quiz (Duo) :
- Topics: Basic Criminology and Criminological Theories, Legal Terminology & Detective-verse (Novels, Cinema, & Series).
âĸ Registration fee : 100 taka
đ Poster Presentation :
Theme :
- The blueprint (criminological theories)
- Crime grids (types of crimes)
- Crimtography (case study: Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, Kala Jahangir etc)
- Reform Room (Policy Analysis: Analyse an existing law or criminal justice policy)
- Moral dilemma (summarize your argument)
- Crime Surfing (others: your lens can be analytical, visual, psychological, or social any perspective that explores criminology)
- Team capacity: 2-3 members
