Sometimes we get so bogged down in life that we feel we have no creativity, or have lost it. This class will spark some ideas and techniques to re-ignite creativity - just for the sake of being creative! It's a low-stress, come and play, and learn a little along the way. Students will leave the class with some new thoughts and ideas under their belts, and maybe even an affirmation that they are already creative and just don't know it! This class is geared towards adult learners, but may be appropriate for students as young as 16.
About your instructor: Isaac Hall has been creative since childhood. He makes everything from quilts to candy, novels to historical costuming, and almost anything in between. He taught English lit in public school to teens, renaissance history to adults and teens (and a few kids),and can't imagine a world without creativity! He moved to Ely from Texas in late 2024 and hasn't looked back. He comes from a family of makers and crafters who encouraged him as a child to keep creating.
