Join us for an easy evening hike to Quarry Rock, one of Deep Cove’s classic viewpoints! 🌲🌅 We’ll hike up together, catch the golden-hour views over Indian Arm, and head back down before it gets too dark, followed by dinner in Deep Cove for anyone who wants to stay.

Note: I will check the weather and update the date accordingly if it’s raining.

🥾 Important Details

• Difficulty: Easy, but this is still a real trail with stairs, roots and uneven terrain. Approximately 4 km round trip / 198 m elevation gain / 1.5–2 hours at a relaxed group pace.
• What to bring: Comfortable hiking shoes, water and a light layer. Since we’re hiking around sunset, bring a flashlight/headlamp just in case.
• Meeting point: Quarry Rock / Baden-Powell Trailhead on Panorama Drive. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can leave together.
• Parking: Parking in Deep Cove can be limited, so please give yourself extra time. Transit is also available.
• Carpool: If you’re driving and can offer a ride, or need a ride from Vancouver, message me privately and I’ll add you to our WhatsApp carpool group so we can coordinate. 🚗
• After the hike: We’ll grab dinner together in Deep Cove for anyone who wants to stay. 🍽️
