6 Daily Tools to Feel Less Anxious & Stressed
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode? You don't need a complete life overhaul to start feeling better. Sometimes it's the small, daily practices that make the biggest difference.
Join Kate Hall-Shepard, LPC, FDN-P and Rayni Collins, LPCS, LCMHCS, BC-DMT for a practical, supportive session where you'll learn 6 tools you can use every single day to start feeling calmer, more grounded, and more like yourself again.
Kate Hall-Shepard is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Mind Body Eating Coach who supports clients in mental health recovery and restoration through eating psychology and nervous system support. She serves clients in York County and beyond.
Rayni Collins is a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience and advanced training in CBT-I and Brainspotting. With a background in dance/movement therapy, she brings a brain-body approach to healing — helping adults recover from insomnia, anxiety, and burnout by blending neuroscience, somatic work, and practical, real-world tools.
Together, Kate and Rayni bring a combined approach — mind, body, and nervous system — to give you tools that actually work in real life, not just in theory.
Whether you're navigating chronic stress, sleepless nights, or just feeling like you're running on empty, this session will give you something tangible to walk away with.
Come learn. Come breathe. Come reconnect with yourself.
