Together, Gail Estella and Pastor Monica Burris invite you to embrace The Butterfly Effect: Loving Yourself Naked – The Caterpillar Stage, where awareness is the beginning of freedom and every woman's journey is honored.
Writing Facilitator: Gail Estella, Speaker, Author, Credentialed Advocate, and Founder of Gail Estella Speaks LLC, will guide participants through this powerful and immersive experience with compassion, authenticity, and purpose.
Co-Facilitator: Pastor Monica Burris will join Gail in leading participants through this journey of awareness, reflection, and personal growth, helping create a safe and meaningful space for every woman in attendance.

Participants are invited to come comfortably and simply, setting aside the titles, roles, expectations, and adornments that often become part of how we present ourselves to the world. For this experience, we encourage you to come as you are.

No titles. No letters behind your name. No masks to wear. No expectations to meet.

If you choose, leave the jewelry, makeup, and other adornments behind for the evening as a symbolic reminder that this experience is about reconnecting with the woman beneath it all.

This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and see yourself — not for what you do, what you've achieved, or what others expect of you — but for who you are in this moment. Just you.
