In this workshop- Healing Crystal Bowl: Crystal Chakra Sound Bath meditation it will immerse you in the calming sounds of Quartz Crystal bowls, among other restorative sound frequency instruments. Experience a transformative sound bath meditation that harmonizes your chakra energy centers, clears your mind, and releases emotional blockages. You’ll connect deeply with your inner self, shedding old patterns for new possibilities. No meditation experience required—just come with an open mind and heart. You will receive a short lesson on crystals and the Chakras, a corresponding handout, a Chakra crystal of your choosing that resonates to you to keep and use for the Crystal Chakra Sound Bath.
