Festive Soulful Shakti Risings: yoga, wreath making, mulled wine

This in-person event in the beautiful and spacious St Peter's Church Hall, N21 (close to Grange Park Station), is the perfect opportunity to raise your energy and spirits for the festive season ahead, as we move and dance our way through the chakras before getting creative with making a stunning nature inspired, fragrant wreath or table display bursting with evergreen foliage and festive decorations.

A glass of mulled wine or alcohol-free alternative will be offered during the wreath making session.

No yoga or wreath making experience is required!

This is an event open to everyone, providing a welcoming space to find freedom of expression through movement to music and getting creative.

There is also an option to book the first part (Shakti yoga dance) only (£18).

All to an uplifting and moving mix of world music, from electronic to Arabic and Turkish beats, from classical to Bhangra and reggaeton! The transformative power of music is a key element!

Info: After the practice - time to get creative! Sibel will guide you to create your very own winter wreath or table display that is yours to keep and proudly display. You will customise your own nature-inspired, fragrant wreath using a mix of unique evergreen foliage and festive decorations. Or create a table display. You will be sent options on booking.
