The Fergusson Foundation is thrilled to announce the return of our Food and Wine Gourmet Adventure!
Taking place at the Delta Fredericton on Friday, November 8th, 2024, take a tour around the world as we showcase premium wines from the across the globe. These carefully selected wines will be matched with a delightful five-course menu, prepared by Executive Mindy Trail and the Delta Fredericton’s culinary team.
Experience an evening that is truly unique to New Brunswick as you savour each bite and learn about food and wine from our team of experts who will walk you through each course.
Throughout the evening guests will also be given the opportunity to participate in an exciting auction of New Brunswick experiences including dining, sports and more.
All proceeds raised will support the many initiatives of the Fergusson Foundation.

Le vendredi 8 novembre 2024, au Delta Fredericton, vous ferez un tour du monde en dégustant des vins de première qualité provenant des quatre coins de la planète. Ces vins soigneusement sélectionnés seront accompagnés d'un délicieux menu de cinq plats, préparé par la chef Mindy Trail et l'équipe culinaire du Delta Fredericton.
Vivez une soirée unique au Nouveau-Brunswick en savourant chaque bouchée et en vous renseignant sur les mets et les vins auprès de notre équipe d'experts qui vous guidera à travers chaque plat. Tout au long de la soirée, les invités auront également l'occasion de participer à une vente aux enchères passionnante d'expériences néo-brunswickoises, notamment dans les domaines de la gastronomie, des sports et plus encore.
Tous les fonds récoltés serviront à soutenir les nombreuses initiatives de la Fondation Fergusson. Des possibilités de parrainage sont disponibles, les billets seront bientôt disponibles !
