Feeling Overwhelmed by Fatherhood? Join our Support Group
About this Event
Becoming a father changes more than your daily routine. It can change your identity, your relationships, and how you see yourself.
You don't have to navigate this transition alone.
Our therapist-led support group provides a safe, supportive space where fathers can share openly, learn practical coping strategies, and connect with other men experiencing the emotional realities of fatherhood.
Many dads quietly experience:
- Stress and overwhelm
- Sleep deprivation and burnout
- Anxiety about becoming a good father
- Feeling disconnected from their partner
- Changes in identity and purpose
- Pressure to be strong and provide
- Difficulty asking for help
Enrollment is limited to just 10 dads to create a supportive, intimate environment where everyone has time to share, receive guidance, and build meaningful connections.
Led by Sean Palmer:
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #161917
- Supervised by Marina Edelman, LMFT #51009
- M.A. in Teaching (2017)
