Feeling Burned Out Caring for a Loved One? Join Our Support Group
About this Event
If you're caring for an aging parent or loved one living with dementia, chronic illness, or cognitive decline, you're probably carrying stress, grief, guilt, and exhaustion that few people truly understand.
You don't have to carry it alone.
Our therapist-led support group offers a safe, compassionate space where caregivers can share openly, learn practical coping strategies, and connect with others who understand the emotional realities of caregiving.
Many caregivers silently carry:
- burnout and chronic stress
- anticipatory grief
- guilt and resentment
- emotional exhaustion
- identity shifts
- difficulty setting boundaries
- pressure to “hold it all together”
Enrollment is limited to just 10 participants to create a supportive, intimate environment where everyone has time to share and receive personalized support.
Led by Jasmine Johnson:
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #137660
- Supervised by Marina Edelman, LMFT # 51009
- Certified Domestic Violence Advocate in 2021
- TrueMe® Counseling Therapist since 2024
