Losing weight doesn't always mean finding peace with food.
If you're using Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or another GLP-1 Medic*tion, you may be wondering what happens when the Medic*tion changes, the food noise returns, or old habits begin to resurface.
You don't have to navigate that journey alone.
Our therapist-led support group provides a safe, supportive space where participants can explore the emotional, psychological, and behavioral roots of their relationship with food while building lasting skills that extend beyond Medic*tion.
Many people quietly struggle with:
- Fear of regaining weight
- Anxiety about stopping or tapering off Medic*tion
- Emotional eating and food as a coping strategy
- Shame and self-criticism around weight
- Feeling disconnected from their body
- Worry that old eating patterns will return
- Wondering how to maintain progress without Medic*tion
Enrollment is limited to just 10 participants to create a supportive, intimate environment where everyone has time to share, receive guidance, and build meaningful, lasting change.
