Join us for a deeply immersive evening dedicated to the Heart Chakra — the center of compassion, connection, and emotional flow. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into a space of openness, release, and inner peace.

When this chakra is balanced, we experience forgiveness, empathy, and the ability to both give and receive love with ease. This sound journey supports the softening of emotional barriers, the release of grief, and the awakening of harmony within, inviting love to move freely through your entire being.
🌿 What to Bring
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Blanket(s) and pillow(s) for warmth and support
- Water bottle
- Journal
- An open, receptive heart

- Heart Chakra Opening Talk – A gentle introduction to the emotional and energetic role of the Heart Chakra, signs of imbalance, and pathways to restoration
- Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Grounding practices to settle your nervous system and prepare your body for sound healing
- Intentional Sound Bath– A layered soundscape of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and more, played with the intention of supporting heart-centered alignment
- Group Resonance*– Experience the amplified healing that arises when a group shares intention and presence
- Integration & Reflection– A soft landing with optional journaling, tea, or quiet space to absorb your journey
You’ll be immersed in the tones and vibrations of brass singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other heart‑opening instruments.
